摘要
我国即将进入中度老龄化社会,日益加重的老龄化对医疗卫生,尤其是老年护理工作提出了更高要求。老年护理学是护理学的重要分支,传统教学存在实验教学不足、方法单一,学生不重视、不愿从事老年护理等问题。鉴于此,课程组基于养老志愿服务,以学生为中心设置教学目标和内容;以第一、第二和志愿服务的第三课堂实施教学,引用信息化技术和虚拟仿真实验辅助,同时以临床案例和中华传统文化为载体挖掘思政元素,引导学生尊老、敬老、爱老、助老的人文关怀素养,实施全员全过程育人;最后采用多元化全过程的考核方式进行科学评价,成效显著,促进了学生专业思想和学习行为的积极改变。
As China approaches a moderately aged society,the growing aging population poses increasing demands on healthcare,particularly geriatric nursing.Geriatric nursing,a key branch of nursing,faces challenges in traditional teaching such as limited practical training,monotonous methods,and students'lack of interest in the field.In response,this course integrates volunteer service in elder care with ideological and political education.Teaching objectives and content are student-centered,implemented across formal curriculum,extracurricular activities,and volunteer service.The course utilizes digital tools and virtual simulations,incorporates clinical cases and traditional Chinese culture to embed ideological elements,and fosters students'humanistic values of respecting,caring for,and supporting the elderly.A diversified,process-oriented assessment system was employed,yielding significant results and positively influencing students'professional identity and learning behavior.
