摘要
目的探讨医患危机事件管理在提升泌尿外科护理质量中的效果。通过构建“预防性培训-情景化演练-制度化响应”管理体系,验证其在降低医疗纠纷发生率、提升专科护理质量方面的实际效能。方法选取2023年我院泌尿外科收治的80名患者为研究对象。其中2023年1月至6月的40名患者作为对照组(危机管理前),2023年7月至12月的40名患者作为观察组(危机管理后)。对比在护理质量、不良事件发生率、患者心理状态方面的差异。结果实施医患危机事件管理后,与对照组相比,观察组护理人员护理质量更高(p<0.05),患者不良事件发生率、SDS及SAS评分更低(p<0.05),护理满意度更高(p<0.05)。结论医患危机事件管理可有效改进护理人员工作质量,减少临床不良事件发生,促进患者心理状态稳定,进而提升患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of doctor-patient crisis management in improving nursing quality in urology departments.By establishing a"preventive training-scenario simulation-institutionalized response"management system,this study validates its practical effectiveness in reducing medical dispute incidence and enhancing specialized nursing quality.Methods Eighty urological patients admitted to our hospital in 2023 were enrolled.Forty patients from January to June 2023 served as the control group(pre-crisis management),while forty patients from July to December 2023 comprised the observation group(post-crisis management).Comparative analyses were conducted on nursing quality,adverse event rates,and patient psychological status.Results Following crisis management implementation,the observation group demonstrated significantly superior nursing quality(p<0.05),lower adverse event incidence,reduced SDS and SAS scores(p<0.05),and higher patient satisfaction(p<0.05)compared to the control group.Conclusion Doctor-patient crisis management effectively enhances nursing performance,decreases clinical adverse events,stabilizes patient psychological status,and ultimately improves patient satisfaction.
