摘要
光伏照明作为一种无污染、可再生的能源解决方案,近年来吸引了诸多关注并得到了广泛应用。尽管如此,新能源光伏照明项目在建设与施工管理过程中,仍面临诸多挑战。本文总结海南竞价光伏项目和青豫直流二期光伏项目的相关经验,研究新能源光伏照明项目的建设施工管理策略,旨在为提升施工管理的效率和质量提供参考。
As a pollution-free and renewable energy solution,photovoltaic lighting has attracted a lot of attention and has been widely used in recent years.Despite this,new energy photovoltaic lighting projects still face many challenges in the process of construction and construction management.This paper summarizes the relevant experience of Hainan bidding photovoltaic project and Qingyu DC phase Ⅱ photovoltaic project,and studies the construction management strategy of new energy photovoltaic lighting project,aiming to provide reference for improving the efficiency and quality of construction management.
