摘要
本文以农产品进口贸易为研究对象,选取UN COMTRADE数据和HS-6分位贸易数据测算2002—2021年中国从南亚进口农产品的贸易边际,并基于D-S模型的理论框架拓展贸易引力模型,从三元边际维度分析农产品贸易增长及其影响因素。研究表明:三元边际对农产品进口贡献度异质性明显,数量边际对中国从南亚国家进口农产品规模增长贡献最大;从影响因素看,南亚国家的相对经济规模、中国与南亚国家的地理距离、融入全球经济的程度、农业生产率和农业劳动力等因素对农产品贸易增长和不同贸易边际具有异质性影响。基于此,本文建议中国应重视与南亚国家构建高水平自贸区网络,培育成长型农产品贸易进口地,以利益共同体理念为指引拓宽农产品进口来源地,优化进口农产品的产品结构和地理结构,以制度型开放协调农产品贸易国际标准,以及构建合作机制助推农产品进口贸易增长。
This paper takes agricultural product import trade as the research object.It selects the HS-6 trade data and UN COMTRADE data to calculate the trade margin of China's imports of agricultural products from South Asia from 2002 to 2021.The authors expand the trade gravity model based on the theoretical framework of the D-S model to analyze the growth of agricultural product trade and its influencing factors from the ternary margin dimension.The study indicates that the contribution of the ternary margin to agricultural product imports is obviously heterogeneous,and the quantitative margin contributes the most to the growth of the scale of China's imports of agriculural products from South Asian countries;in terms of influencing factors,the relative economic scale of South Asian countries,the geographical distance between China and South Asian countries,integration into the global economy,agricultural productivity and agricultural labor have heterogeneous effects on the growth of agricultural product trade and different margins.Therefore,it is suggested that China should attach importance to develop a high-level free trade zone network with South Asia,cultivate growing agricultural product trade import sources,broaden the sources of agricultural product imports guided by the concept of a community of shared interests,reduce the impact of political risks on agricultural product import trade,optimize the product structure and geographical structure of imported agricultural products,and promote the growh of agricultural product import trade by coordinating international standards for agricultural product trade and building cooperation mechanisms through institutional openness.
