摘要
通过对某110kV变电站外电源故障时主变压器后备保护动作和低压侧电源快切装置误闭锁分析,提出了优化110kV变压器高压侧间隙零序过流保护定值和低压侧快切电流闭锁条件设置的建议和措施。
Based on the analysis of high speed transfer device mistake locking accident in the low voltage side caused by the backup protection action of the main transformer in a 110 kV substation when external power failure occurs,the suggestions and measures to optimize gap zero sequence overcurrent protection setting in the high voltage side and high speed transfer device current blocking condition setting of the 110 kV substation are put forward.
