摘要
随着中国水电快速发展,大规模水电机组在建模-运维-控制等方面面临的新问题逐步凸显。数字孪生可赋能水电机组多领域应用,有望解决水电机组的数字化建模与智能调控等多方面问题。为此,该文首先阐述数字孪生应用于水电机组的必要性。基于必要性分析,构建水电机组数字孪生系统框架并分析其实施路径;其次,介绍面向水电机组数字孪生系统的关键技术;最后,结合水电机组实际需求,探讨数字孪生在水电机组全生命周期管理、故障诊断与健康管理、水电源网协调控制等领域的应用构想,以期为水电机组的多领域应用提供基于数字孪生的新方案。
With the rapid development of hydropower in China,the new problem faced by large-scale hydroelectric unit in modeling,operation and maintenance,control and other aspects are gradually emerging.Digital twin can be empowered for multi-disciplinary application in hydroelectric units,which is expected to address various issues of digital modeling and intelligent control for a hydroelectric unit.To this end,the necessity of applying digital twin to hydroelectric unit is firstly elaborated in this paper.Based on this foundational analysis,the framework of digital twin system for hydroelectric unit is constructed and its implementation path is analyzed.Subsequently,the key technology for digital twin system of hydropower units is introduced.Finally,combined with the actual requirement of hydroelectric unit,the application conceptualization of digital twin in the field of full life cycle management for hydroelectric unit,fault diagnosis and health management,coordinated control of hydroelectric source-grid system is discussed,providing a new solution based on digital twin for multi-disciplinary application in the hydroelectric unit.
