基于改进光电传感器的钢带运动监控系统设计与应用

摘要 为解决钢带辊压成型机在工作过程中阻塞现象的检测和响应,设计出一种基于鼠标光电传感器的物体运动检测系统及监控器。通过在鼠标光电传感器光源回路中巧妙设置光耦或光敏三极管,获取开关信号以检测物体运动。经试用,系统具有信号单一、抗干扰强、可远距离传输及软件处理便捷等优势,并成功应用于钢带辊压成型机的运行监控,有效提升设备运行可靠性,降低故障损失。 To address the detection and response to blockages occurring during the operation of steel belt roll forming machines,this paper involves design of an object motion detection system and monitor based on optical mouse sensors.By ingeniously incorporating photocouplers or phototransistors into the light source circuit of the optical mouse sensor,the system can obtain switch signals to detect object motion.Trial use shows that this system offers several advantages,including single signal output,strong anti-interference capability,long-distance signal transmission,and convenient software processing.It has been successfully applied to the operation monitoring of steel belt roll forming machines,effectively enhancing the reliability of equipment operation and reducing the losses caused by failures.
