摘要
目的为推动某军医大学药学学科高质量发展提供参考。方法基于国家第5轮学科评估体系核心指标与国内一流药学学科对比“十三五”建设成效,运用某军医大学学科高质量发展评估体系核心指标分析近4年医学学科发展态势,分析学科发展存在的主要问题,提出对策建议。结果与结论“十三五”期间,该校药学学科在规划教材、一流课程、师资队伍与资源、科研获奖等方面与国内一流药学学科存在差距;近4年,该校药学学科在科研项目、人才引进等方面取得一定成效,但在重大平台、国家级奖励、优秀教材、教学成果等方面仍有提升空间。学科应通过加强交叉融合打造学科特色,强化军地联合、聚集重点方向、用好政策机制、做好规划设计,以培育、孵化重量级平台、人才和成果。
Objective To provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of pharmacy in a military medical university.Methods Based on the comparison of the core indicators of the fifth round of national discipline evaluation system with the first-class pharmaceutical disciplines in China,the effectiveness of the″13th Five-Year Plan″construction was compared,the core indicators of the high-quality development evaluation system of a military medical university were used to analyze the development trend of pharmaceutical disciplines in the past four years,analyze the main problems existing in the development of disciplines,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Results and Conclusion During the″13th Five-Year Plan″period,there was a gap between the school′s pharmacy discipline and the domestic first-class pharmacy discipline in terms of planning textbooks,first-class courses,teaching staff and resources,and scientific research awards.In the past four years,the discipline has achieved certain results in scientific research projects,talent introduction and other aspects.However,there is still room for improvement in major platforms,national-level awards,excellent teaching materials,teaching achievements and other aspects.The discipline should create its own characteristics by strengthening interdisciplinary integration,intensify the joint efforts between the military and local areas,focus on key directions,make good use of policies and mechanisms,and do a good job in planning and design,so as to cultivate and incubate heavyweight platforms,talents and achievements.
