摘要
数据中心的快速增长导致其耗电量规模也在不断扩大,如何有效降低数据中心耗电量及其运行费用亟待解决。通过分析人保北方信息中心制冷系统实际运行状态,设定A路制冷系统模式为冷机为模块机房提供冷量的同时为蓄冷罐充冷,夜间冷机停止运行,蓄冷罐开始释冷,以B路制冷系统24h冷机不间断制冷为对比,对两者进行分析。结果表明:使用此种模式能有效避免离心式冷水机组因模块机房负荷低而出现的喘振现象;利用蓄冷罐将冷量错峰调节可为数据中心整体节省42.10%耗电量、48.06%运行电费,节能效果显著。
The rapid growth of data centers has led to an ever-expanding scale of their power consumption,how to effectively reduce the power consumption of data centers and their operating costs need to be solved urgently.By analyzing the actual operation status of the cooling system of the North Information Center of PICC,this paper sets the A-way cooling system mode as the chiller to provide cooling capacity to the module room while flling the cold storage tank,the night chiller stops running,the cold storage tank begins to release cold,and the 24h uninterrupted cooling of the B-way cooling system is used as a comparison to analyze the two.The results show that the use of this mode can effectively avoid the surge phenomenon of centrifugal chiller due to the low load of the module room.Using the cold storage tank to adjust the cooling capacity off-peak can save 42.10%of the power consumption and 48.06%of the operating electricity cost of the data center,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
