摘要
2024年,河北省蛋鸡产业保持健康的发展态势:年末在产蛋鸡存栏约2.99亿只,比2023年增长4.55%;全年鸡蛋产量约为363.40万t,比2023年增长5.09%;鸡蛋年均价格8.95元/kg,年内鸡蛋周最大价差为3.49元/kg,均低于2023年水平;与去年相比,2024年玉米、豆粕价格下跌导致饲料整体价格下行,单只蛋鸡平均盈利约25.13元。回顾2024年,河北省蛋鸡产能依然占据全国前三位,种业及头部企业优势突出,但散装鸡蛋价格偏低,普通蛋品盈利能力、产业链延伸以及高附加值产品开发能力的不足导致整体盈利水平不高,在微利行情下需要扶持龙头企业树立行业标杆、鼓励养殖企业提升规模化智能化养殖水平、强化省内主要交易市场的纽带功能、加大建设力度。
In 2024,the egg laying industry in Hebei Province will maintain a healthy development trend:at the end of the year,there are about 299 million laying hens in stock,an increase of 4.55%compared to 2023.The annual egg production is about 3.634 million tons,an increase of 5.09%compared to 2023;the average annual price of eggs was 8.95 yuan/kg,and the maximum intra-year price difference for eggs was 3.49 yuan/kg,both lower than the levels in 2023.Compared to the previous year,the decline in corn and soybean meal prices in 2024 led to an overall reduction in feed prices,resulting in an average profit of approximately 25.13 yuan per layer.Looking back at 2024,Hebei's layer production capacity remained among the top three nationwide,with prominent advantages in the seed industry and leading enterprises.However,the prices of bulk eggs were on the low side,and the profitability of ordinary egg products,as well as the capabilities for extending the industry chain and developing high-value-added products,were insufficient,leading to an overall low profitability.Under the condition of slim margins,it is necessary to support leading enterprises to set industry benchmarks,encourage breeding enterprises to enhance large-scale and intelligent breeding standards,strengthen the linking role of major trading markets within the province,and intensify construction efforts.
