智能施工技术在土建工程项目管理中的应用研究

摘要 在土建工程项目规模日趋增大且管理要求持续提高的情形下,智能施工技术的应用已然成为提升项目管理效率、保障施工质量与安全的关键手段所在,本文意在探讨其于土建工程项目管理中的应用情况,剖析它在项目计划、进度控制、成本资源调配以及质量安全管理等关键环节所起的作用,通过对BIM、物联网、人工智能与大数据等技术集成应用的研究,提出智能调度、施工数据平台建设及自动化施工的具体实施方案,且经由案例分析来评估其在实际项目中所取得的成效。研究表明,智能施工技术能够有效提升管理效率、降低施工成本,优化资源配置,确保施工安全与质量,从而提高项目整体绩效。 In the case of the increasing scale of civil engineering projects and the continuously increasing management requirements,the application of intelligent construction technology has become a key means to improve the efficiency of project management and ensure the construction quality and safety.This paper aims to explore its application in civil engineering project management,analyze its role in project planning,schedule control,cost and resource allocation,and quality and safety management,Through the research on the integrated application of technologies such as BIM,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and big data,Put forward the specific implementation plan of intelligent scheduling,construction data platform construction and automatic construction,And through the case analysis to evaluate its results in the actual project.Research shows that intelligent construction technology can effectively improve management efficiency,reduce construction cost,optimize resource allocation,ensure the safety and quality of construction,so as to improve the overall performance of the project.
