摘要
本文通过阐述高职院校开展“一站式”学生社区建设的价值意蕴,剖析其在管理“链条”脱节、资源“流动”受阻、文化“传承”断层等方面的困境,从明确目标定位,助推全面发展;优化整合资源,形成育人合力;优化管理模式,提高服务质量;全面定期评估,强化监督考核等方面探索开展“一站式”学生社区建设的路径。
This paper expounds the value implication of“one-stop”student community construction in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the management“chain”disconnection,resource“flow”obstruction,cultural“inheritance”gap and other aspects.And it explores the approaches to carrying out“one-stop”student community construction.Higher vocational colleges need to clarify the target positioning,and promote the overall development;optimize and integrate resources to form a joint force for education;optimize the management mode and improve service quality;conduct comprehensive and regular assessment,and strengthen supervision and appraisal.
