摘要
园长领导力是幼儿园发展方向与教育质量的决定性因素。研究通过文献法、访谈法及德尔菲专家咨询法构建中国幼儿园园长领导力量表,以1412名被试为研究对象,采用探索性因子分析(EFA)与验证性因子分析(CFA)对数据统计与分析。量表的总信度系数为0.9以上,各因子间在0.01的水平下呈显著性相关,各题项的共同度大于0.2,因子载荷超过0.5;园长领导力的四因素一阶和二阶的测量模型拟合度均在参考范围内,AVE值介于0.595~0.727,CR值介于0.898~0.967,因子载荷值介于0.719~0.900。这表明量表有着较高的信效度,可以作为测量园长领导力的量具。
Principals’leadership is a decisive factor in the quality of childcare and education of a kindergarten.The study tries to compile a scale for Chinese kindergarten principals’leadership by literature review,interview,and Delphi expert consultation.1412 participants were selected as the research subjects,and Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA)and Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA)were used for data statistics and analysis.The overall reliability coefficient of the scale is above 0.9,and there is a significant correlation among the factors at the 0.01 level.The commonality of each item is above 0.2,and the factor loading exceeds 0.5;The model fit of the first-order and second-order measurement models for the four factors of principals’leadership is within the reference range,with AVE ranging from 0.595 to 0.727,CR ranging from 0.898 to 0.967,and factor loading ranging from 0.719 to 0.900.This indicates that the scale has high reliability and validity,and can be used as a measuring tool for Chinese kindergarten principals’leadership.
