铯铜卤素钙钛矿材料的研究进展

摘要 近年来,金属卤化物钙钛矿因其优异的性能,在太阳能电池、发光二极管、高能射线探测器、医学影像设备等领域引起了广泛关注。铅卤化物钙钛矿是在光电器件中应用最广泛的一种钙钛矿,但铅卤化物钙钛矿对人体和环境具有毒性,且对光、热和湿度的稳定性差,因此阻碍了其应用和商业化。低毒、环境友好的无铅钙钛矿不断被研究和开发,以取代铅卤化物钙钛矿。锡基钙钛矿和铋基钙钛矿是其中的佼佼者,铜基钙钛矿则因无铅、廉价、对Cu+的稳定性高的优点,在过去5年中得到广泛的研究。本文对铜基钙钛矿的合成和掺杂进行了论述,介绍了它们在发光三极管领域的应用研究进展,指出了其面临的挑战和未来的发展前景。 In recent years,metal halide perovskites have attracted extensive attention in the fields of solar cells,light-emitting diodes,high-energy ray detectors,and medical imaging equipment due to their excellent properties.Among them,lead halide perovskites are the most widely used in optoelectronic devices among all kinds of perovskites.However,the toxicity of lead halide perovskites to humans and the environment,as well as their poor stability to light,heat,and humidity,hinder their application and commercialization.Therefore,lead-free perovskites with low toxicity and environmental friendliness are constantly being researched and developed to replace lead halide perovskites.Tin-based perovskites and bismuth-based perovskites are the best alternatives.Copper-based perovskites have been extensively studied in the past five years due to their lead-free,inexpensive,and high stability to Cu,and have shown excellent performance as Cu-based perovskites.This paper discusses the synthesis and doping of cesiumcopper halogen perovskites and highlights their exciting potential applications,summarizing and proposing current challenges and future prospects for their potential applications.
