摘要
本文系统梳理我国中医药高层次国际化人才支撑政策、市场需求、现行评价体系,系统调研全球中医药发展较好的国家高层次国际化人才评价现状,运用SWOT分析法分析我国现行中医药高层次国际化人才评价体系现状。研究指出,多维度创新人才培养架构、大力推动中医药国际化人才培养,构建全面系统的中医药国际化人才评价体系、全方位保障评价客观公正,可有效进行高层次国际化人才评价,从而进一步推动我国中医药事业国际化发展。
This article systematically sorted out the supporting policies,market demands and current evaluation systems of high-level international talents in China.Meanwhile,it conducted a systematic investigation into the current situation of the evaluation of high-level international talents in countries with good TCM development globally.SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the current situation of the existing evaluation system of high-level international TCM talents in China.The study pointed out that multi-dimensional innovation of talent cultivation structure,vigorously promoting the cultivation of international TCM talents,constructing a comprehensive and systematic evaluation system for international TCM talents,and guaranteeing the objectivity and fairness of evaluation in an all-round way,can effectively carry out the evaluation of high-level international talents,so as to further promote the internationalized development of TCM cause in China.
