The Impact of Land Transfer on Rural Household Development Resilience

摘要 增强农户家庭发展韧性是提升农户家庭风险抵御能力,实现乡村振兴的必然要求。使用2014、2016、2018、2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,考察土地流转对农户家庭发展韧性的影响。研究表明,土地流转显著提高了农户家庭发展韧性,土地流转每提高1个百分点,农户家庭发展韧性相应提高0.011个百分点。异质性分析表明,土地流转对初中及以上农户、中年农户、中西部地区农户家庭发展韧性的提升作用更大。机制分析表明,土地流转通过拓展社会网络、促进非农就业,进而提升农户家庭发展韧性。因此,必须深化三权分置改革,完善农村土地流转市场体系,深化户籍制度改革,促进农户土地流转,提升农户家庭发展韧性。 Improving the resilience of rural households is an inevitable requirement for enhancing their risk resistance capability and realizing rural revitalization.This article examines the impact of land transfer on the resilience of rural household development using data from the 2014、2016,2018,and 2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS).Research has shown that land transfer significantly improves the development resilience of rural households.For every 1 percentage point increase in land transfer,the development resilience of rural households correspondingly increases by 0.011 percentage points.Heterogeneity analysis shows that land transfer has a greater impact on enhancing the development resilience of middle school and above farmers,middle-aged farmers,as well as central and western regions farmers.Mechanism analysis shows that land transfer expands social networks and promotes non-agricultural employment among farmers,thereby enhancing the resilience of household development.Therefore,we should deepen the reform of the separation of three rights,establish and improve the rural land transfer market,promote the reform of the registered residence system,promote the transfer of farmers'land,and improve the resilience of farmers'families.
