摘要
采用加热过程的辐射传热模型和冷却过程的组织转变模型,计算了尺寸为ϕ75mm×200mm的半装炉和满装炉40Cr钢试样的淬火加热和冷却过程,预测了试样的温度、显微组织和硬度。结果表明:计算的与测定的试样升温过程中的最大温差为6%,试样加热到设定温度的模拟时间与实测时间相同;满装炉试样比半装炉试样在淬火温度的保温时间至少增加了10~15min;水淬试样的表面组织基本为马氏体;满装炉和半装炉试样淬火后表面硬度分别为482HV0.15和499HV0.15。
The processes of heating for hardening and quenching for 40Cr steel specimens 75 mm in diameter by 200 mm long semi-loaded and full-loaded in furnace were calculated via the radiative heat transfer model for heating process and the microstructure transformation model for cooling process.The temperature,microstructure and hardness of the samples were predicted.The results showed that(a)the calculated and surveyed maximum difference in temperature of the specimens during heating up was 6%,and the time required to heat the specimens to a set temperature was the same;(b)the duration at quenching temperature for the specimens full-loaded in furnace should be at lest 10 to 15 min longer than that for the specimen semi-loaded in furnace;(c)the microstructure at surface of the specimens quenched in water largely was martensite;and(d)the surface hardness of the specimens full-loaded and semi-loaded in furnace was 482 HV0.15 and 499 HV0.15,respectively.
