摘要
帷幕灌浆是隐蔽工程,灌浆施工结果好坏难以进行直接地检测与评定,认真进行检查孔施工和规范试验检测对于帷幕灌浆质量评价就显得尤为重要。很多灌浆工程检查孔实施过程中存在取芯效率低、压水试验压力过大、检验试验工作针对性不强、检查工作完成后不灌浆、灌浆质量评价唯透水率等问题。针对帷幕灌浆进行分析讨论,以期为其他灌浆工程提供参考。
Grouting construction is difficult to directly inspect and evaluate.Therefore,careful inspection of the construction of inspection holes and standardized testing is particularly important for the quality assessment of curtain grouting.Many grouting projects encounter issues such as low core extraction efficiency,excessive water pressure during pressure tests,lack of specificity in inspection and testing work,no grouting after the completion of inspection work,and reliance solely on the permeability rate for grouting quality evaluation.This paper analyzes and discusses these issues,focusing mainly on curtain grouting but also offering insights for other grouting projects.
