摘要
基于我国房地产业的发展现状与趋势以及既有建筑维修改造市场的发展潜力,借鉴发达国家和地区的经验,提出“推动建立20年以上楼龄房屋强制体检和翻新制度,建设有效既有建筑维修改造大市场”的建议。对20年以上楼龄房屋实施强制体检和翻新制度,将创造一个巨大的建筑维修改造市场,提振相关产业,有利于既有建筑的安全与使用寿命的延续,提高百姓福祉和对美好生活的获得感。
Based on the current status and trend of China's real estate industry and the development potential of existing building maintenance and renovation market,the recommendation of“promoting the establishment of mandatory inspection and renovation system for buildings over 20 years to build an effective existing building maintenance and renovation market”is proposed through referencing the experience of developed countries and regions.Implementing mandatory inspection and renovation for buildings over 20 years will create a substantial market and stimulate related industries.This proposal will enhance the safety and longevity of existing buildings as well as improve public welfare and enhance residents'sense of well-being.
