摘要 针对现有车桥耦合数值模拟方法精度不足和计算效率偏低的问题,文章以某简支T梁桥为研究对象,提出一种考虑实际路面不平整度的车桥耦合数值模拟方法,通过ABAQUS建立多点接触模型,基于毫米波雷达测试数据验证模型的准确性;分析了在实测桥面不平整度以及规范中4种等级的桥面不平整度条件下,多点接触模型与传统单点接触模型的接触作用效应,并利用某简支空心板桥的测试结果验证了所述模型的有效性与通用性。结果表明:毫米波雷达不仅具有非接触式测量的便利性,而且能够实现高精度的动态测试;多点接触模型比单点接触模型能更精确地预测车辆与桥梁的相互作用,随着桥面不平整度的变差,多点接触模型的计算精度更显著,在D级路面下2种模型的最大动挠度误差可达9.59%。某简支空心板桥的测试结果验证了多点接触模型的适应性,证明了多点接触模型较高的精度和可行性。 To address the inaccuracies and inefficiencies in current vehicle-bridge coupling simulation methods,this study focuses on a simply-supported T-beam bridge and introduces a numerical simulation approach that considers real pavement roughness.A multi-point contact model is developed by utilizing ABAQUS and its accuracy is validated through comparison with millimeter-wave radar data.The impact of contact of the multi-point and traditional single-point contact models is investigated using the measured deck roughness and four levels of deck roughness in the code.Testing on a simply-supported hollow slab bridge confirms the effectiveness and applicability of the multi-point contact model.The findings demonstrate that millimeter-wave radar enables precise and convenient non-contact measurements and that the multi-point contact model outperforms the single-point model in predicting vehicle-bridge interaction.Particularly,the multi-point model shows enhanced accuracy in the presence of severe deck roughness,with a maximum dynamic deflection error of 9.59%lower than that of the single-point model under class D pavement conditions.The results from the hollow slab bridge test support the feasibility and utility of the multi-point contact model in accurately modeling vehicle-bridge dynamics.
