有限元分析在大型原油运输船舶振动分析上的应用

摘要 大型原油运输货船的吨位通常在5 000 t以上,动力系统轴系传递的转矩和载荷非常大,受动力主机激励、海浪激励的影响,船舶轴系会产生扭转振动同时伴随大量的噪声。本文的研究针对大型原油运输船的轴系振动特性,采用有限元分析技术建立了船舶轴系的振动有限元模型,并进行了轴系的振动特性仿真。 The tonnage of a large crude oil carrier is usually more than 5000 tons,and the torque load transmitted by the shafting of the power system is very large.Affected by the excitation of the main engine and the wave,the shafting of the ship will produce torsional vibration and a lot of noise.In this paper,aiming at the vibration characteristics of shafting of large crude oil carrier,the finite element model of shafting vibration is established by using finite element analysis technology,and the vibration characteristics of shafting are simulated.
