摘要
研究生物基腰果酚液体树脂B136(简称B136)在半钢子午线轮胎三角胶中的应用。结果表明:在半钢子午线轮胎三角胶中加入B136,胶料的门尼粘度降低,加工性能改善,B136起到增塑的作用;胶料的硬度和定伸应力提高,B136起到增强的作用。
The application of bio-based cashew phenolic liquid resin B136(referred to as B136)in the apex of steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results showed that the addition of cashew phenol liquid resin B136 to the apex of steel-belted radial tire reduced the Mooney viscosity of the compound and improved the processing performance,and B136 played a plasticizing role.The hardness and stress at given elongation of the vulcanizate were improved,and B136 played a reinforcing role.
