摘要
医疗新技术准入管理是医疗技术临床应用前的关键环节,是一个参与者多、跨越时间长、需多部门协同的系统性工程,是各级医疗机构医疗技术管理面临的重点和难点。本研究阐述了将多部门、多系统协同管理模式运用于医疗新技术管理的实践经验,旨在为各级医疗机构创新医疗新技术管理、提升专科技术能力、助力公立医院高质量发展提供参考。
The management of access to new medical technologies is a key link before the clinical application of medical technologies,a systematic project with many participants,spanning over a long period of time and requiring multi-sectoral synergy,which is the focus and difficulty of the management of medical technologies in medical institutions at all levels.This study describes the practical experience of applying a multi-sectoral and multi-system synergistic management model to the management of new medical technologies,with the aim of providing reference for medical institutions at all levels to innovate in the management of new medical technologies,to improve the capacity of specialized technologies,and to assist in the highquality development of public hospitals.
