摘要
研究了卫星影像在海外电力勘测工程中的应用技术,阐述通过获取高分辨率的卫星影像数据、高精度DEM数据来辅助进行勘测工作的方法。结合工程实例,经过数据投影与基准转换、地形点采样等环节来绘制地形图,并进行精度对比,说明根据高分辨率卫星影像结合DEM采集的地形点数据,能满足海外电力工程勘测设计需要。
In this paper,the application of satellite image in overseas power survey engineering is studied,and the methods of obtaining high-resolution satellite image data and high-precision DEM data to assist the survey work are expounded.Combined with engineering examples,topographic map was drawn through data projection,datum conversion,terrain point sampling and other links,and precision comparison was made,indicating that the terrain point data collected by high-resolution satellite images combined with DEM could meet the needs of overseas power engineering survey and design.
