摘要
【目的】分析冷却塔内部减速机轴承损坏问题,以此降低故障率,提高减速机的运行可靠性。【方法】以系统监测数据为核心,深入剖析减速机的故障产生原因。同时,结合现场拆解与维修的实际情况,对减速机轴承损坏根源进行详细、系统的分析。【结果】结果表明,减速机轴承的损坏主要归因于润滑条件、运行环境恶劣及疲劳破坏。【结论】基于分析结果提出的一系列预防性维护策略,可降低维修率,提高冷却塔的安全可靠性与制冷系统的稳定性。
[Purposes]Aiming at the problem of bearing damage of internal reducer in cooling tower,the failure rate is reduced and the operation reliability of reducer is improved through in-depth analysis.[Methods]The system monitoring data were used as the core analysis method to deeply analyze the influencing factors of the reducer failure.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of on-site disassembly and maintenance,the root causes of reducer bearing damage are systematically analyzed in detail.[Findings]The results show that the damage of the reducer bearing is mainly attributed to lubrication conditions,poor operating environment and fatigue damage.[Conclusions]Based on the analysis results,a series of scientific and effective preventive maintenance strategies are proposed,which can reduce the maintenance rate and improve the safety and reliability of the cooling tower and the stability of the refrigeration system.
