摘要
茶运与国运密切相关,茶叶机械化改良是近代化赋予的使命。本文围绕《茶叶研究》期刊,聚焦20世纪40年代茶叶界结合时势倡议机械化,探讨设立制造厂由粗制走向精制,成立研究中心制作研发机械,培养专门人才,开展化学实验改良茶叶品种等多重改良思路,呈现机械化改良实践的艰难进程,考察其对中国茶叶产业复兴和现代化起步的重要意义。
Tea and China are closely related,and the mechanization improvement of the tea industry is a mission imposed by modernization.Centered on the Tea Research,this paper focuses on the advocacy for the mechanization of the tea industry in the 1940s,and discusses the improvement approaches including setting manufacturing plants for more refined tea products,establishing research centers for machinery,cultivating specialized talents,and conducting chemical experiments to improve tea varieties.In addition,this paper presents the arduous process of mechanization improvement and examines its significance to the revival and modernization of the tea industry in China.
