摘要
近年来,因高速公路日常养护涉路作业而引起的安全风险及拥堵问题已成为高速公路养护部门急需解决的问题,论文以城市骨干网高速公路为研究对象,探讨在大断面流量高速交通量的前提下如何统筹和精准实施养护施工。通过打造日常集约化养护管理新模式,找到“少封路、不封路”的养护“快捷键”,以减少占道施工时长,优化养护施工频次,提升养护工作质量。
In recent years,safety risks and congestion caused by daily maintenance operations of expressways have become urgent problems for expressways maintenance departments to solve.This paper takes the urban backbone network expressways as the research object,and discusses how to coordinate and accurately implement maintenance construction under the premise of large section flow and high-speed traffic volume.By creating a new mode of daily intensive maintenance management,we find the maintenance“shortcut key”of“less road closure,no road closure”,which can reduce the construction time of occupye the road,optimize the frequency of maintenance construction,improve the quality of maintenance work.
