摘要
提高农民工就业质量是实现经济高质量发展的重要目标。基于2014年、2016年和2018年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据,从技能匹配视角分析数字经济对农民工就业质量的影响。研究发现:数字经济发展显著提升了农民工就业质量,其中数字化基础设施对农民工就业质量的促进效应最强,数字产业化次之,产业数字化最弱;数字经济的就业质量提升效应在女性、新一代、低人力资本以及身处技能密集型行业的农民工群体中更为明显;数字经济可通过提升农民工技能匹配度进而改善就业质量,且该传导机制在农民工个体和行业异质性检验中依旧存在。
Improving the employment quality of rural migrant workers is an important goal for achieving high-quality economic development.Based on the data from the China Labor-force Dynamics Survey(CLDS)in 2014,2016 and 2018,this paper analyzed the impact of the digital economy on the employment quality of rural migrant workers from the perspective of skill matching.The research findings showed that the digital economy has significantly improved the employment quality of rural migrant workers.Among them,digital infrastructure had the strongest promoting effect,followed by digital industrialization,with the least impact coming from industrial digitalization.Furthermore,the promoting effect of the digital economy was more pronounced among rural migrant worker groups who were female or the new generation,low-human-capital group,as well as those who were in skill-intensive industries.Improving the skill matching degree of rural migrant workers played a mediating role in the relationship between the digital economy and employment quality,and the transmission mechanism was still valid in the analysis of individual migrant workers and across industry heterogeneity.
