摘要
目的探讨含铋剂四联疗法治疗对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患儿Hp根除率及炎症指标的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2023年12月日照市东港区妇幼保健院收治的72例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用三联疗法,观察组采用含铋剂四联疗法。对比两组患儿的Hp根除率、炎症指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组Hp根除率为94.44%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含铋剂四联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡患儿能有效根除Hp,可减轻炎症反应,且较为安全。
Objective Exploring the effect of bismuth containing quadruple therapy on the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and inflammatory indicators in children with Hp positive peptic ulcers.Methods A total of 72 children with Hp positive peptic ulcers admitted to Donggang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Rizhao City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received triple therapy,while the observation group received bismuth containing quadruple therapy.Compare the Hp eradication rate,inflammatory indicators,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups of children.Results The Hp eradication rate in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than the control group's 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-10,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The bismuth containing quadruple therapy can effectively eradicate Hp in children with Hp positive peptic ulcers,reduce inflammatory reactions,and is relatively safe.
