摘要
该文旨在分析俯卧位与仰卧屈髋屈膝90°位时髋关节内旋和外旋活动度的差异。120名大学生(男、女各60名)参与了该研究。研究在两种体位下评估了被动髋关节的内旋和外旋活动度。在俯卧位时,采用智能手机倾斜仪应用程序测量髋关节的内旋和外旋角度;而在仰卧屈髋屈膝90°位时,则使用智能手机指南针应用程序进行测量。结果显示,左右两侧髋关节的内旋和外旋活动度在两种体位之间的差异具有统计学意义。具体而言,俯卧位时的髋关节内旋活动度明显高于仰卧屈髋屈膝90°位,而外旋活动度则明显低于后者。此外,女性在俯卧位和仰卧位下的左右侧髋关节内旋活动度均明显高于男性。相反,在俯卧位下,男性的髋关节外旋活动度明显高于女性;但在仰卧位下,男性和女性双侧髋关节的外旋活动度差异无统计学意义。俯卧位和仰卧屈髋屈膝90°位以及性别对髋关节旋转角度有显著影响,因此并不能统一用小于30°这一标准判断髋关节内旋受限。
This study aims to explore the differences in hip internal and external rotation range of motion between the prone position and the supine position with hips and knees flexed at 90 degrees.A total of 120 college students participated in this study,with 60 males and 60 females.Passive hip internal rotation and hip external rotation were assessed in two positions.In the prone position,a smartphone inclinometer app was used to measure the angle of hip internal rotation and hip external rotation;In the supine position with hip and knee flexion at a 90°angle,a smartphone compass app was used.The results showed that there were significant differences in the range of motion of hip internal and external rotation between the two positions on both left and right side.Specifically,the range of hip internal rotation in the prone position was significantly higher than in the supine position with hips and knees flexed at 90°,while the range of hip external rotation in the prone position was significantly lower.In addition,females had significantly higher hip internal rotation range of motion on both sides in both positions compared to males.Conversely,males had a significantly higher range of hip external rotation in the prone position compared to females,but in the supine position,there was no significant difference in the external rotation range of the bilateral hip joints between males and females.The prone position and the supine position with hips and knees flexed at 90°,as well as gender,have significant effects on hip rotation angles.Therefore,the standard of less than 30°cannot be uniformly used to determine hip internal rotation limitation.
