基于空间三元辩证法的传统城镇公共建筑传承更新设计策略研究

Research on Inheritance and Renewal Design Strategies of Traditional Urban Public Buildings Based on the Triadic Dialectics of Space

摘要 随着我国城镇发展从增量建设转向存量优化,大量城镇老旧公共建筑亟须更新改造,并存在公众参与缺乏、城镇空间肌理破坏、地域文化特色丧失等问题。运用列斐伏尔的空间生产理论及其空间三元辩证法,从空间的实践、空间的表征及表征的空间三元框架分析更新设计思路,提出三大设计原则:以使用者为主体的多元合作原则,以使用者知识结构与文化背景为导向的更新设计原则,以及设计师在地创新性文化更新设计原则。同时,以珠海市唐家湾镇大剧院改造为例,提出建筑功能现代适应性、多变性与空间公平性的更新设计策略;延续场域文脉与适应现代审美需求的更新设计策略;适应地域气候、绿色节能的被动式更新技术策略。 With the shift in the development of China's cities and towns from incremental construction to stock optimization,there is an urgent need to update and renovate a large number of old public buildings.This process faces challenges such as lack of public participation,destruction of urban spatial texture,and loss of regional cultural characteristics.By employing the theory of spatial production and its triadic dialectics,we analyze renewal design concepts through the framework of spatial practice,representations of space,and spaces of representation.This leads to the formulation of three major design principles:the principle of multi-dimensional cooperation with the user as the primary focus,the principle of renewal design guided by the user's knowledge structure and cultural background,and the principle of innovative and culturally grounded design by designers.Taking the reconstruction of the Grand Theatre in Tangjiawan Town,Zhuhai City as an example,we propose renewal design strategies that emphasize the modern adaptability,versatility,and spatial fairness of architectural functions.Additionally,we advocate for strategies that maintain the cultural lineage of the site while meeting contemporary aesthetic demands.Moreover,passive renewal technologies that are climate-adaptive and energyefficient are suggested.
