摘要
目的探讨援外医疗队工作绩效评价体系,提高医疗援外工作质量。方法对2017年-2023年广东省援加纳、赤道几内亚以及多米尼克中国医疗队的临床数据、受援国被服务患者的满意度以及医疗队内部管理进行分析。结果普通门急诊人数、普通住院人数、普通手术人数、巡回医疗诊治人数、义诊诊治人数、培训当地人数、华侨日常诊治人数等指标除了受到新冠疫情3年影响外,均保持稳定。3个受援国的患者对中国医疗队的服务总体满意。外方人员有少部分患者评分相对较低。队员满意度、对队长的评估和对内制度评分分数都较高。但是对交接班计划和突发事件处理能力评分相对较低,尤其突发事件处理能力最低。结论评价体系可客观评估援外医疗质量,有助于改进援外医疗计划工作,从而提升援外医疗质量。
Objective To explore the evaluation system of work performance of China medical team and improve the quality of medical aid work.Methods The clinical data,the satisfaction of the patients served in the recipient countries and the internal management of the medical teams of the Chinese medical team from Guangdong Province to Ghana,Equatorial Guinea and Dominica from 2017 to 2023 were analyzed.Results The indicators,including the number of general outpatient and emergency patients,general hospitalization patients,general surgery patients,patients receiving circuit medical diagnosis and treatment,patients receiving free medical diagnosis and treatment,trained local individuals,and daily diagnosis and treatment patients among the overseas Chinese,have remained stable except for being affected by the new coronavirus epidemic for 3 years.The patients in the three recipient countries were generally satisfied with the service of the Chinese medical team.A small number of patients with foreign personnel have relatively low scores.The team members'satisfaction,the evaluation of the captain and the score of the internal system were higher.However,the scores of handover plan and emergency handling ability were relatively low,especially the emergency handling ability was the lowest.Conclusion The evaluation system can objectively evaluate the quality of foreign aid medical care,which is helpful to improve the work of foreign aid medical plan,so as to improve the quality of foreign aid medical care.
