摘要
依据GB 18583-2008 《室内装饰装修材料胶粘剂中有害物质限量》,采用乙酰丙酮法对胶粘剂中的游离甲醛含量进行测定。为了提高检测结果的准确率,对可能影响游离甲醛测定结果的影响因素进行探究。实验结果表明,蒸馏时间控制在90min、显色前溶液进行过滤、显色后放置时间控制在40min以内得到的结果更准确。
Based on GB 18583-2008"Indoor decorating and refuibishing materials-Limit of harmful substances of adhesives",the free formaldehyde content in adhesives was determined by acetylacetone method.In order to improve accuracy of determination results for free-formaldehyde content in adhesives,we explore the factors which may have an effect on determination results of free-formaldehyde.The experimental results showed that the results obtained were more accurate when the distillation time was controlled at 90 min,the solution was filtered before color development,and the storage time was controlled within 40 min after color development.
