灌区一张图建设工作是大中型灌区管理信息化建设的基础,也是提升灌区现代化管理能力的重要手段。本文探讨了测绘地理信息支撑灌区一张图建设中专题资料处理、要素绘制核实、专题图件编制及系统平台监管等服务解决方案,阐述了灌区一张图成果在推进灌区现代化建设、推动水价综合改革、提升调度决策能力中能够发挥的作用,为测绘地理信息服务灌区一张图建设提供思路。
The construction of one map for irrigation areas is the foundation of informatization construction in the management of large and medium-sized irrigation areas,and it is also an important means to enhance the modern management capabilities of irrigation areas.This article explores service solutions for thematic data processing,element mapping verification,thematic map compilation,and system platform supervision in the construction of one map supported by surveying mapping and geographic information in irrigation areas.This article elaborates on the role that the achievements of one map in irrigation areas can play in promoting modernization,comprehensive water price reform,and enhancing dispatch decision-making capabilities.It provides ideas for surveying mapping and geographic information services for the construction of one map in irrigation areas.
