摘要
硫代磺酸酯类化合物具有抗病毒、抗真菌等重要的生物活性,同时该类化合物也是有机合成中重要的原料和中间体。近年来,化学家们开发了多种合成硫代硫酸酯的方法,其中包括氧化、氧化偶联、取代等反应。但是依然存在底物不易合成、反应条件苛刻等问题。因此,有待进一步开发更为高效的合成方法。β-亚磺酸酯是次磺酸阴离子活性中间体的重要前体,近期本课题组报道了其还可作为亚磺酸阴离子前体用于合成砜类化合物。但是以β-亚磺酸酯作为前体合成硫代硫酸酯的方法仍未见报道。对β-亚磺酸酯热解可得到硫代硫酸酯,该转化不需要添加额外的氧化剂和催化剂,为硫代硫酸酯的合成提供了新的途径。
Thiosulfonates are widely exist in bioactive molecules such as antiviral and fungicidal drugs.In addition,thiosulfonates are also important synthetic building blocks.Recently,various protocols have been developed for synthesis of thiosulfonates such as oxidation,oxidative coupling,substitution reactions.However,these methods have some drawbacks such as the starting materials are not easy to prepared and harsh reaction conditions.Hence,more effective method is needed.β-sulfinyl esters are precursors of sulfenate anions,we have also disclosed thatβ-sulfinyl esters can also act as masked sulfinates and to give sulfones.Whereas,to produce thiosulfonates usingβ-sulfinyl esters have not been reported yet.Herein,we feport Preparation of thiosulfonates through thermolysis ofβ-sulfinyl esters under non-oxidative and catalyst-free conditions.Which provides a novel methodology for generation of thiosulfonates.
