摘要
变电站作为电力系统的重要组成部分,其可靠运行直接影响电网的安全稳定。备品备件作为变电站运维的物质基础,科学合理的备品备件管理是保障变电站可靠运行的关键。本文在分析变电站备品备件管理现状的基础上,从备品备件采购、储备、使用等环节出发,识别和评估备品备件管理中存在的风险因素,并针对性地提出风险应对策略。通过加强供应商管理、优化备件储备策略、完善备件使用流程等举措,可以有效降低备件管理风险,提高变电站运维水平。本文的研究可为变电站备品备件管理提供参考和指导。
As an important component of the power system,the reliable operation of substations directly affects the safety and stability of the power grid.Spare parts,as the material basis for substation operation and maintenance,play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable operation of substations.Based on an analysis of the current situation of substation spare parts management,this article identifies and assesses the risk factors in spare parts management from the perspectives of procurement,storage,and usage.Targeted risk response strategies are proposed accordingly.By strengthening supplier management,optimizing spare parts storage strategies,and improving spare parts usage processes,the risk of spare parts management can be effectively reduced,and the level of substation operation and maintenance can be improved.This research provides reference and guidance for substation spare parts management.
