摘要
目的 分析信息化时间追踪管理模式结合绿色通道对急性缺血性脑卒中急诊救治效率及预后的影响。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年2月我科收治的92例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的差异将其分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予信息化时间追踪管理模式结合绿色通道。比较两组的应用效果。结果 观察组的入院至接诊时间、接诊至确诊时间及确诊至溶栓用药时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。救治12、24 h后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的预后优良率为84.78%,高于对照组的65.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属的护理满意度为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 信息化时间追踪管理模式结合绿色通道能提高急性缺血性脑卒中患者的急诊救治效率,促进其神经功能改善和预后效果提高,提高家属的护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of information time tracking management mode combined with green channel on emergency treatment efficiency and prognosis of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted in our department from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given information time tracking management mode combined with green channel.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time from admission to consultation,the time from consultation to diagnosis and the time from diagnosis to thrombolysis in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 and 24 h of treatment,the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of prognosis in the observation group was 84.78%,which was higher than 65.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The information time tracking management mode combined with green channel can improve the emergency treatment efficiency of patients with acute ischemic stroke,promote the improvement of neurological function and increase the prognosis effect,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of promotion.
