摘要
医院影像照片档案是医院在医疗活动、科研活动、管理活动等方面所产生的以影像照片形式保存的数据信息,是医院档案管理的重要组成部分,对提高医疗质量和服务质量起到了重要的作用。文章通过对医院影像照片档案管理现状进行分析,并对这一类型的档案在文化建设中的功能进行论述与探讨,最终提出医院影像照片档案管理创新策略,有利于进一步强化影像照片档案的管理,使档案更好地发挥其在医院文化中的功能。希望通过研究能对医院文化形象的提高、服务观念的增强等产生积极影响,从而形成较为突出的医院文化品牌,促进医疗服务质量的综合提高。
Hospital image photo archives are data information saved in the form of image photos generated by hospitals in medical activities,scientific research activities,management activities,etc,which is an important part of hospital archives management and plays an important role in improving the quality of medical treatment and service.The article analyzes the current situation of hospital image photo file management and discusses the functions of this type of file in cultural construction.Finally,innovative strategies for managing hospital image photo files are proposed,which is conducive to further strengthening the management of image photo files and enabling them to better play their role in hospital culture.It is hoped that the research can have a positive impact on the improvement of hospital cultural image and service concept,so as to form a more prominent hospital cultural brand and promote the comprehensive improvement of medical service quality.
