摘要
本文从智慧医院建设视角出发,分析了包括智慧医疗、智慧服务和智慧管理在内的智慧医院建设的核心内容,并从提升医疗服务质效、医疗资源均衡分配和增强医院科研能力3个方面,分析智慧医院建设对公立医院高质量发展发挥的促进作用,提出包括明确智慧医院建设目标和路径、积极打造复合型人才团队、注重信息保护以及推动多方合作四项措施在内的智慧医院建设措施,以期促进公立医院走向高质量发展之路。
From the perspective of smart hospital construction,this paper analyzes the core content of smart hospital construction,including smart medical treatment,smart service and smart management,and analyzes the promotion effect of smart hospital construction on the high-quality development of public hospitals from three aspects:improving the quality and efficiency of medical services,balancing the allocation of medical resources and enhancing the scientific research ability of hospitals.Therefore,four measures for the construction of smart hospitals are formulated,including clarifying the goals and paths of the construction of smart hospitals,actively building a team of compound talents,paying attention to information protection and promoting multi-party cooperation,in order to promote public hospitals to the road of high-quality development.
