摘要
粮食生产预警系统是为了防止粮食生产运行偏离正常发展轨道或可能出现危机而建立的报警系统。本文从云南粮食生产的实际出发 ,运用预警的有关理论 ,进行粮食生产的经济预警研究 ,构建了云南省粮食生产预警系统 ,并对 2 0 0 1 2 0 0 3年云南粮食生产进行了外推预警 ,结果表示 ,2 0 0 1 2 0 0 3年 ,云南粮食生产年年有警。
Early warning system of the grain production is the warning system to prevent the yields of grain from going abnomal in practice. Collecting a large number of scientific data,using the theory of early warning,this research studies the general situation of grain yields in Yunnan province, and preliminarily sets up the early warning system of grain production in Yunnan province. With the help of this early warning system, I have made the prediction on the Yunnan's grain production which shows from the year 2001 to 2003, and the results show that there will be a warning each year in Yunnan.
