摘要
目的 :总结安全套内拖出法改良双孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的可行性及疗效。方法 :于 4 7例的脐孔及麦氏点做 10mm切口实施改良双孔安全套内拖出法腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果 :4 7例手术均获成功 ,术后恢复良好 ,无切口感染。结论 :此术式能确定诊断 ,彻底治疗 ,且创伤小 ,操作方便 ,不污染手术切口 ,扩大了手术适应证。术后患者恢复快、并发症少、费用低 ,是目前阑尾切除术的理想术式。
Objective:To study the feasibility and effect of the improved double hole method in laproscopic appendectomy.Methods:47 cases were performed the double hole laproscopic appendectomy by drawed appendix out through the condom.Results:47 cases were cured. No incision was infected.Conclusions:By the improved double hole laproscopic appendectomy, patients recover quickly with few complication and low expense. This method has the wound be unpolluted and enlarged the range of indication.
