摘要
根据氧表面吸附模式、载流子穿越势垒理论和陶瓷的显微结构理论,重点讨论了SnO_2气敏元件的阻温特性.由此得出各温区中影响元件固有电阻值的主要因素,为改善SnO_2半导瓷气敏元件的性能提供了一些参考理论.
In this paper, according to the model of oxygen's adsorption of the surface, and the theories of carriers to cross potential barrier, and the microscopical structure of ceramic, the resistance-temperature properties of SnO3 gas sensors are discussed mainly. Thus, main factors of influencing the intrinsic resistance of the elements are obtained in every temperature region. Some opinions on the theory are provided for improving the performances of SnO2 gas sensors.
