摘要
采用常规压片法,以硫华菊的8个品种为研究材料,对其染色体数目进行观察及核型分析,旨在为硫华菊的资源收集、起源分析、良种培育提供必要的依据.供实验硫华菊的染色体数目均为2n=24,染色体数目稳定;核型类型为3B和2A型;最长与最短染色体比值范围为1.37~2.30,臂比大于2∶1的染色体占比是25%~58.33%;核型不对称系数范围为60.38%~67.10%,推测硫华菊的进化程度较高,其中‘优雅’的进化程度最高.
The chromosome number was observed and karyological analyses on eight cultivars of Cosmos sulphureus were carried out with conventional pressed slice method.These provided necessary evidence for the resource collection,origin analysis and cultivation of good varieties for Cosmos sulphureus.The result:The chromosome number of Cosmos sulphureus for the test was stable,each cultivars of Cosmos sulphureus was mostly 2n=24;The karyotype types were 3B and 2A;The ratio between the longest chromosome and the shortest chromosome was from 1.37 to 2.30.The percentage of chromosomes of arm ratio over 2∶1 was 25%~58.33%;The karyotype asymmetry indexes(As.K)of eight cultivars were from 60.38%to 67.10%,which implied the karyotype of Cosmos sulphureus was morer evolution,the‘Youya’karyotype of which was the most evolutive.
