摘要
目的探讨动作观察疗法(AOT)对脑卒中患者下肢平衡与步态功能的影响。方法选取2022年6月至2023年12月收治的70例脑卒中偏瘫住院患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组接受常规康复和护理,观察组在对照组基础上再接受每日30 min的AOT治疗,共治疗8周。治疗前后,采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Tinetti步态评估量表(POMA-G)以及10 m步行测试(10-MWT)比较2组患者下肢平衡与步态功能。结果治疗后,2组患者BBS评分和POMA-G评分较治疗前均提高(P<0.001),且观察组BBS评分和POMA-G评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组10-MWT时间较治疗前缩短(P<0.001,P<0.05),且观察组10-MWT的时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论AOT可以有效促进脑卒中患者下肢平衡以及步态功能的改善,增加步行速度,提高步行能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of action observation therapy(AOT)on lower limb balance and gait function in stroke patients.Methods 70 hemiplegic stroke inpatients admitted from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation and nursing care,and the observation group further received AOT treatment for 30 min daily,for a total of 8 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Tinetti Gait Assessment Scale(POMA-G),and 10 m Walking Test(10-MWT)were used to compare the balance and gait function of the lower limbs of the two groups.Results After treatment,the BBS scores and POMA-G scores of patients in the 2 groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.001),and the BBS scores and POMA-G scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the time of 10-MWT of the 2 groups was shortened compared with that before treatment(P<0.001,P<0.05),and the time of 10-MWT of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion AOT can positively promote the improvement of lower limb balance and gait function,contributing to the increase of walking speed and the improvement of walking ability in stroke patients.
