摘要
推力器采用富氮化合物五氨基四唑作为主要产气装药,并利用贮气室高压环境和收缩扩张喷管形成超声速气体射流,进而获得有效的推力,提升火箭导弹发射时适配器的分离距离。结合滑行滚动发电供电装置及推力器试制,开展了推力器的静力测试和动态分力测试,测试结果表明该推力器能够有效实现适配器的分离增程,且结构简单,适应能力强,能够为相关研究和应用提供参考。
In order to enhance the separation distance of the adapter during the launch of a rocket or missile,a method of adapter separation range extension using a nitrogen-rich compound thruster has been studied and analyzed.The thruster adopts pentaamino tetrazole as the main gas-producing charge and utilizes a pressure chamber and a contraction-expansion nozzle to obtain effective thrust.Combined with the gliding rolling power generation power supply device and the thruster trial production,the static force test and dynamic force separation test of the thruster were carried out,and the test results show that the thruster can effectively realize the separation range extension of the adapter,and the structure is simple and adaptable,which can provide a reference for related research and application.
