摘要
通过研究高炉煤气脱硫工艺,针对高炉煤气脱硫干法工艺运行过程中的参数进行探讨,分析可能影响正常运行的因素,提出稳定可靠的高炉煤气脱硫工艺方案。可协助企业提前预测后续可能出现的风险因素。对粉尘、氯离子、压力、流量、温度、水及水蒸气等因素进行分析。
In this paper,by studying the BF gas desulphurization process,the parameters of the dry BF gas desulphurization process are discussed,the factors that may affect the normal operation are analyzed,and a stable and reliable BF gas desulphurization process is proposed.It can help enterprises predict the subsequent risk factors in advance.Factors such as dust,chloride ions,pressure,flow,temperature,water and water vapor were analyzed.
