摘要
总结李学军教授从湿论治腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床经验,李教授认为该病以湿为中心,常见病因有不御外邪、作息失常、饮食失宜、情志不遂,基本病机以气机失调为标,脾虚为本、阳虚为要;提出从湿论治、理肺为先、疏肝为要、健脾为本、温肾培元诸法,疗效显著。
The clinical experience of Professor LI Xuejun in treating diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome from the perspective of dampness is summarised.He believes that the disease is centered on dampness and that the common causes of the disease include failure to protect against external evil,irregular work and rest,inappropriate diet,and emotional and mental disorders.The basic pathogenesis of the disease is characterized by Qi imbalance,Spleen deficiency,and Yang deficiency.The proposed treatment is based on the theory of dampness,with the management of the lung as the first step,the liver as the main point,strengthening the spleen as the main point,and warming the kidney to cultivate the energy,and the therapeutic effect has been remarkable.
