摘要
目的分析中药结合针刺治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关慢性胃炎的效果。方法选取2022年11月—2023年6月南京农业大学医院60例幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染相关性慢性胃炎患者,按照随机数表法分为中医组、西医组及中西医结合组,每组20例。中医组采取中药结合针刺疗法,西医组采取四联疗法,中西医结合组综合上述两组治疗方法,对比3组的治疗效果。结果中西医结合组总有效率为100.00%,显著高于中医组、西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合组症状积分显著低于中医组,HP指标水平显著低于中医组、西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合组HP转阴率显著高于中医组和西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药结合针刺治疗能够显著降低HP数值,改善临床症状,临床疗效十分显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of chronic gastritis associated with helicobacter pylori infection.Methods 60 patients with helicobacter pylori(HP)infection related chronic gastritis from Nanjing Agricultural University Hospital from November 2022 to June 2023 were seleceted,they were divided into a traditional Chinese medicine group,a western medicine group,and a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group adopted a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy,while the western medicine group adopted a quadruple therapy.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group combined the above two treatment methods,compared the treatment effects of the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was significantly lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the level of HP indicators was significantly lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HP negative conversion rate in the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment can significantly reduce the value of HP and improve the clinical symptoms,and the clinical efficacy is very significant.
