摘要
在新的社会主义市场经济条件下,传统的财务管理模式已经无法满足农业科研单位的发展需求,业财融合不仅是企业创新财务管理的重要方式,在科研事业单位财务管理工作中也发挥着重要作用。文章阐述了业财融合背景下财务管理转型的意义,分析了当前我国农业科研单位财务管理工作中存在的问题,并从强化业财融合意识、增强预算执行的约束力、全面推进农业科研单位业财融合的数字化建设等方面提出了加强农业科研单位财务管理的策略,以期提高农业科研单位科研经费使用效率与科研部门管理水平,进一步推动农业科研事业单位可持续健康发展。
In the new socialist market economy,the traditional financial management model has been unable to meet the development needs of agricultural research institutes,and the integration of industry and finance is not only an important way for enterprises to innovate financial management,but also plays an important role in the financial management of research institutes.The article explained the significance of the transformation of financial management in the context of the integration of industry and finance,analyzed the current problems in the financial management of China's agricultural research institutes,and put forward strategies to strengthen the financial management of agricultural research institutes from the perspective of strengthening the awareness of the integration of industry and finance,enhancing the binding force of the budget implementation,and comprehensively advancing the digitalization of agricultural research institutes in the integration of industry and finance in order to improve the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds in agricultural research institutes and the management of scientific research departments,and to further promote the sustainable and healthy development of agricultural research institutes.
