钢筋混凝土碱骨料膨胀对钢筋锈蚀影响试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究钢筋混凝土结构碱骨料反应(AAR)过程中体积膨胀率对钢筋锈蚀率的影响规律,对两种钢筋直径的混凝土试件进行了不同程度的AAR劣化和钢筋锈蚀试验。通过测量混凝土的AAR膨胀量和钢筋的锈蚀质量损失,得到钢筋-混凝土AAR膨胀率对钢筋锈蚀的量化影响结果。结果表明:AAR损伤程度加剧会增大钢筋锈蚀发展速率、增加钢筋锈蚀损伤;钢筋直径越大,锈蚀效果越不明显。AAR为氯离子输送到钢筋表面提供了直接渠道,AAR凝胶的存在也减弱了钢筋的碱性环境,缩短了钢筋混凝土结构的锈蚀反应启动时间。 In order to study the impact law of volume expansion rate on the corrosion rate of reinforcing steel during the Alkali-aggregate Reaction(AAR)of reinforced concrete structures,the concrete specimens with two steel diameters were tested for different degrees of AAR deterioration and reinforcing steel corrosion.By measuring the AAR expansion of concrete and the rust mass loss of reinforcing steel,the results of the quantitative effect of reinforcement-concrete AAR expansion rate on reinforcement corrosion were obtained.The results showed that the increased degree of AAR damage increased the development rate of rebar corrosion and the rebar corrosion damage;the larger the rebar diameter was,the less obvious the corrosion effect was.AAR provided a direct channel for the transport of chloride ion to the rebar surface,and the presence of AAR gel weakened the alkaline environment of the rebar and shortened the initiation time of the corrosion reaction in the reinforced concrete structure.
